• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.

• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.

• A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
• We suggest that you allocate 3 to 4 hours for the activity as weather conditions may cause delays in the flight.
  
• Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised. T-shirts/tops with sleeves and shorts that cover the thigh area are recommended so that the harness fits comfortably.
• Customers are advised to remove any precious jewelry, watches, and/or other accessories before their skydive. These can be placed in the free personal lockers at our locations.
• Every customer will be given protective eye goggles to wear during their skydive. So, if you need to wear prescription glasses or lenses during your skydive, please do so.
• Please avoid scuba diving at least 24 hours prior to you tandem skydive.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

• We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

• Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

• Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• Meet your instructor and receive instructions on the skydiving process, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Get fitted for a jumpsuit and harness.
• Address any questions or concerns you may have before the jump.
• Board the aircraft that will take you to your jump altitude.
• Enjoy the scenic flight as you ascend to the desired height.
• Once you reach the appropriate altitude, get ready for the jump.
• If you are doing a tandem skydive, you'll be securely attached to an experienced instructor who will guide you throughout the jump.
• Experience the adrenaline rush as you exit the aircraft and enter freefall, reaching speeds of around 120 mph.
• At the appropriate altitude, your instructor will deploy the parachute, and you'll transition into a peaceful canopy descent.
• Land safely at the designated landing area.
• Celebrate your successful skydive and take photos with your instructor and fellow skydivers.
• Take some time to relax and reflect on your thrilling experience.
